Chon Buri Province, Thailand. On October 31, 2025, a delegation led by Chinese Ambassador to Thailand Zhang Jianwei and Counselors Jiang Wei and Wu Jian, paid a visit to Prinx Chengshan Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for inspection and guidance. This visit not only represents a comprehensive inspection of the company's current operation and development, especially after it is back on the track of high-quality development after rectification, but also conveys the deep care of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand for the overseas development of Chinese-funded enterprises. It will enhance the confidence and motivation of the company to get deeply rooted in Thailand and build itself into a well-recognized enterprise.

General Manager of the company Zhang Yougan, together with the management team, extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by the ambassador, and on behalf of the company, expressed their sincere gratitude to the Chinese Embassy in Thailand for its long-term care and guidance to the company.

The ambassador and his delegation first visited the company's exhibition hall, where they listened to the introduction of the company in terms of the global layout, technological innovation, high-quality products, and the concept of sustainable development. Then they headed to the production workshops to further examine the company's intelligent manufacturing processes, green production system and safety and environmental protection management.

During the visit, General Manager Zhang Yougan showcased the company's achievements and advances to Ambassador Zhang Jianwei and his delegation, especially the achievements and advances made by the company in production process optimization, application of intelligent equipment, green manufacturing, and product quality, safety, and environmental protection control. The ambassador fully affirmed the company's development outcomes, and spoke highly of the company's sense of social responsibility and proactive endeavor during its steady operation. He hoped that the company will further leverage its advantages and constantly improve its core competitiveness to pursue better development in the future.

Looking back on the past, the company was temporarily banned from production due to environmental violations in August this year, followed by a one-month period of rectification while production. The company felt deeply regretful  for its mistakes committed due to its insufficient knowledge. Taking a painful lesson from this, the company firmly determined to carry out thorough rectification. It also felt very sorry for the great trouble and adverse impact thus caused to the governments of China and Thailand as well as the public. During the rectification, the company received timely guidance and assistance from the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, which provided an important platform and support for efficient rectification.

In addition, Thailand's Ministry of Industry and other competent authorities also offered professional guidance while conducting strict supervision, helping the company accurately identify its non-compliance issues and providing clear directions for rectification. Thanks to the support and assistance from both the Chinese and Thai governments, the company was able to turn the challenges into opportunities: it comprehensively reviewed its compliance management across the entire chain of production, R&D, and sales, realizing an overall upgrade in internal control management and finally meeting all standards and resuming normal production. In a recent routine inspection performed by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), the inspection panel fully affirmed the company's rectification measures and granted it the "Eco-Champion" certificate signed by Thailand's Minister of Industry, in recognition of the company's active cooperation and outstanding performance.

Under With the joint efforts of all employees, the company's output value is expected to reach RMB3.7 billion this year. It has signed cooperation agreements with MG Thailand and Changan Thailand, and actively participated in important events such as the 2025 Thailand-China Cooperation Expo held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand, continuously expanding its market reputation and influence. The company has deepened its localization, creating more than 2,000 job opportunities for local people and cultivating over 60 backbone management personnel from the local community. Meanwhile, it has continued to promote the integration of Chinese and Thai cultures by organizing Chinese and Thai employees to jointly participate in language exchange and learning courses, laying a solid foundation for sustainable development in the future.
