The 16th China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tire & Auto Parts Expo (Guangrao Tire Expo) kicked off grandly on May 15. As a premier industry event dedicated to pooling global tire industrial resources and driving collaborative innovation and high-quality development, the Expo has evolved into one of China’s largest and most influential professional exhibitions in the rubber and tire sector.

At the exhibition, Prinx Chengshan focused on the off-the-road (OTR) tire business and showcased a lineup of high-performance all-steel OTR tires and agricultural radial tires under the Chengshan brand. The wide-body dump truck tires ET05/ET05A/ET16/ET17 feature wide and deep transverse groove patterns that deliver powerful traction. They ensure easy starting on soft and rugged mine roads with excellent resistance to slipping and trapping. The all-terrain crane tire EC01 adopts a non-directional tread pattern combined with buttress heat dissipation holes. It maintains strong traction while effectively controlling heat generation, enabling rapid and stable transition between paved and unpaved roads with outstanding resistance to rock and steel punctures. The loader tires ELD11/ELD12 deliver superior wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, adapting efficiently to harsh and complex working conditions. They minimize deformation under heavy loads and ensure stable and smooth operation. Tailored for extremely demanding scenarios such as underground mines and tunnel engineering, the underground scraper tire ESM01 adopts an ultra-cut-resistant compound and wide tread design. It boasts excellent cut and puncture resistance, standing up to sharp rocks and safeguarding operational continuity and personnel safety.

Also on display was the agricultural radial tire TX600, primarily designed for tractors. With large central pattern blocks and excellent sidewall flexibility, the TX600 ensures stable high-speed performance, perfectly matching the expansion of modern farm scale and changing operation modes to improve transit efficiency. Reinforced base and buttress structures, together with cut-resistant and puncture-resistant tread slab, deliver robust protection. The tire maintains continuous and efficient operation in farmland littered with crop straw, gravel and other sharp debris.

In recent years, fueled by rising market demand for OTR tires, Prinx Chengshan has accelerated the optimization of its high-end product portfolio and supported the localization substitution of large mining and agricultural machinery. The company launched the construction of its green intelligent OTR tire factory in 2025. With a total investment of over RMB 1.1 billion and a land area of more than 100,000 square meters, the factory is designed with an annual capacity of 84,000 all-steel OTR tires and 10,000 giant tires, covering diversified application scenarios including mines, construction sites, ports, airports, agriculture and industry. The factory has officially commenced operation with the successful roll-off of its first tire.
