Benchmark of Intelligent Innovation:Three-dimensional empowerment: Creating a new benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in Southeast Asia

As a key move in Prinx Chengshan's global distribution, the Malaysia Factory is not merely a capacity extension but a next-generation benchmark project integrating "intelligence, sustainability and full-chain integration." Located in the Kedah Rubber City (138km from Penang Port and 15km from the Thai customs pass), the Project will cover 102.63 acres (approx. 623 Chinese mu), with Phase I to establish an annual capacity of producing 6 million premium passenger-vehicle tires and 600,000 commercial-vehicle tires.

Innovation-Driven: End-to-End Digital Transformation

Drawing extensively from our mature intelligent Factory experience in China and Thailand, the Malaysian Factory features three functional zones (production, R&D/office and residential quarters), integrating six core sections (raw material warehouse, molding shop, mixing shop, curing shop, semi-finished product shop and testing shop) and achieving lean end-to-end production distribution. The specially designed fully automated intelligent stereoscopic warehouse will establish an unmanned dispatching link from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery; coupled with 5G digital collaboration and intelligent quality inspection systems, will create an Industry 4.0 production scenario characterized by "minimal human intervention, high efficiency and precision".

Green Leadership: Full-cycle Sustainable Development

Guided by the philosophy of "Harmony Between Manufacturing and Nature", the Project will integrate green development throughout its lifecycle of construction and operation. Beyond tire manufacturing, the Project will drive coordinated development of local upstream and downstream industries. By deepening cooperation with local rubber suppliers and industrial equipment manufacturers, the Project will enhance regional industrial support; and through technology transfer and skills training, elevate the professional competence of local workforce to achieve a profound transformation from "product export" to "technology export and ecosystem co-construction".
