From September 4 to 6, 2024, Prinx Chengshan (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") participated in the 19th China International Tire Expo (hereinafter referred to as "CITEXPO 2024") upon invitation. The Company showcased a range of high-performance products from its four brands — Prinx, Chengshan, Austone, and Fortune — at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Furthermore, it introduced its new intelligent tire monitoring system to global users and partners, attracting significant attention.
In the commercial vehicle tire field, Prinx Chengshan highlighted its "PRO Premium Series" products featuring exclusive technologies, including the engineering truck tire XFENDER PRO D25 adopting "BWC-New Bead Nylon Reinforcement Technology" and "MT-Tread Infinite Winding Technology", and the long-distance high-wear-resistant tire XSTANCE PRO S15 adopting "HWR-High Wear Resistance Technology" and "AUD-Eccentric Wear Resistance Technology". These tires can be used as a key component in providing safe and efficient truck tire solutions for different usage scenarios around the world.
It also displayed the Prinx Chengshan Intelligent Tire Monitoring System at the site. This system, with TPMS sensors as the core, pioneers the application of load and wear monitoring technologies within the industry. It can calculate the load data for each wheel position of trucks and provide load difference data for eccentric wear; it also can continuously calculate the average pattern depth of the tires and promptly alert users to rotate the tires when necessary. Additionally, relying on Bluetooth 5.0 communication technology, the signal acquisition rate is 15% higher than that of conventional products. In terms of installation, the system utilizes the Prinx Chengshan TPMS sensor clamping technology, making sensor installation convenient and secure. This will help fleet users further reduce energy consumption and tire wear, thereby improving overall operational efficiency.
In the passenger vehicle tire field, the Prinx New Energy EV series tires XNEX and XLAB remained popular products at the site. These two products have won multiple prestigious international industrial design awards for their outstanding performance and striking designs. The Huaren Plus tires of “Hua” series, focusing on handling and comfort, utilize the Company's exclusive Vantablack sidewall technology and have received widespread acclaim in both domestic and international markets since their launch. Additionally, the Huayue SUV tires featuring excellent handling and quiet performance, and the all-terrain off-road tire MASPIRE M/T were also exhibited.
This exhibition allowed more users and partners at home and abroad to gain a better understanding of Prinx Chengshan's philosophy and capabilities, and to experience the Company's latest products and services up close. In the future, the Company will continue to enhance supply-demand matching and user engagement on a global scale, aiming to develop high-performance tire solutions tailored to different regions worldwide.
