On the site, a representative of Prinx Chengshan introduced the first independently developed commercial tire five-drum building machine around the world to the guests: "This machine bridges the gap of high automation in the production of commercial tires at home and abroad, and is the first in the industry to develop heavy-duty commercial tire tread winding technology, greatly optimizing the existing commercial tire process."

In recent years, the successful development of several high-end intelligent equipment, including all steel five-drum building machines and series tandem type mixers, as well as the application of simulation analysis systems and automated indoor noise laboratories, have ensured the successful implementation of exclusive new technologies and processes in the Company, thereby creating an international standard high-performance product matrix and serving global users.

Compared with traditional production, intelligent production reduces manual labor by 50% and increases efficiency by over 30%; the digital management cockpit of the Company's "intelligent manufacturing center" can achieve real-time warning of 54 testing processes in tire manufacturing through whole-process data collection and analysis, ensuring a stable pass rate of about 99.9% for manufactured tires. In addition, applying APS and MES systems can shorten the batch delivery cycle of new products to an average of 3?4 days while ensuring on-demand tire production, further enhancing product update and iteration capabilities, and better meeting the personalized needs of modern users.

As a representative enterprise of "new intelligent manufacturing" of tires in China, Prinx Chengshan's outstanding achievements in green development have also attracted widespread attention from the guests. The Company continues to increase investment in two major green intelligent production bases in China and Thailand, creating an advanced green manufacturing system with green standards, green factories, green products, and green factories as the core. The Shandong production base has been awarded the national "Green Factory" title and fully achieved networked control, low-carbon energy utilization, clean and purified tire production, and harmless raw materials. It leads the industry in water recycling and nitrogen recovery and utilization; it has been the "leader" in energy efficiency for key energy-consuming products in China's petroleum and chemical industry for eight consecutive years.
